Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing & Shipping Services
  • Orders placed before 12:00 on business day will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 on business day will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • No order is processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once order has been shipped

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Major urban area: 2-3 Days
  • Regional areas:3-5 Days
  • Remote and outlying areas: 3-7 Days

Return Policy

At Wax & Blanks we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility For Returns:
  • Return items must be returned within 7 days of original date of purchase.
  • Product must be unused in the original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items like personalized items are not eligible for return,

 

  1. How To Return:
  • To initiate a return please contact us at info@waxandblanks.co.za or WhatsApp us on 083 364 1590 to obtain a return authorization. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for return.
  1. Return Shipping Cost:
  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part [e.g. incorrect or damaged items]. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning the package safely.
  1. Refund:
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued the original payment method and may take 10 business days to appear on your account.
  • If you paid for shipping the shipping fee is non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you like to exchange your item for a different color or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 24 hours and we will assist you with a return, exchange or a refund at no additional cost to you.

  • R 185 via Courier guy.

This is based on a standard box size. If your order does exceed this, it will incur additional courier fees of which we will be in touch via your order.

(If your order exceeds R10 000 please arrange your own courier.)

  • Private Collection.

NOTE: We are not liable for breakables as the packages are packed with care on our side.
